We do our best to make sure every Coastline Gifts order arrives quickly and safely.
Flat-Rate & Free Shipping

$5.99 flat-rate shipping on all U.S. orders.

Free shipping on orders of $75 or more (after discounts, before taxes).
Processing & Delivery Time

Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment.

Delivery: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on destination.
Most customers receive their orders within 3–7 business days from the date of purchase.
Delivery times are estimates only — while we ship promptly, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
During holidays or high-volume periods, processing or transit times may extend slightly. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Carriers
We primarily ship with USPS, but occasionally use other carriers depending on package size, weight, or destination. The carrier is automatically chosen to ensure the fastest and most cost-effective delivery.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Tracking updates can take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Lost, Stolen, or “Delivered” Packages
If tracking shows a package as “Delivered,” it is considered delivered.
If you haven’t received it:

Check with household members, neighbors, or your building’s mailroom.

Verify your shipping address on your order confirmation.

Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
Coastline Gifts is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@coastlinegifts.com with photos of the packaging and damaged item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
