Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Coastline Gifts purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.


Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for any reason.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all inserts and labels intact.

  • The following are non-returnable: final-sale or clearance items, gift cards, and digital products.


How to Start a Return

To start a return, please email support@coastlinegifts.com with:

  • Your order number, and

  • The item(s) you’d like to return.

We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label within one business day. Please drop your return in the mail within 10 days of receiving your label.


Refund Options

You can choose one of two options:

  1. Refund to original payment — a $7.50 return/restocking fee is deducted.

  2. Store credit — the fee is waived, and you’ll receive a Coastline Gifts e-gift card for the full merchandise amount.

Your original shipping charge will also be refunded in full.

Refunds and credits are processed within 5–10 business days after your return is received and inspected. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@coastlinegifts.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue (item + packaging, if damaged)

We’ll quickly replace the item at no cost or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.

Because each product is made individually, small variations in color, brightness, or print placement are normal and not considered defects. A product is considered defective only if it arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a clear manufacturing flaw that affects usability.


Exchanges

We don’t process direct exchanges. For the fastest solution, choose store credit (fee waived) and place a new order for your desired item.


Condition & Fair Use

Returned items must arrive like new. Items showing signs of wear, washing, odors, stains, or missing packaging may be denied or partially refunded at our discretion.

To protect all customers, we reserve the right to limit or refuse returns from accounts or addresses with excessive or abusive return activity.
